Your credit stays valid for 12 months and appears as an option at checkout. You do not have to use it right away.
No self-referral
Your own code does not work for your own orders. Attempts to game the system with fake accounts are detected - we reserve the right to reverse credit and block codes in such cases.

What do my friends get?
€10 off their first order of €50 or more - once per person and only for new customers. The Parfinity Box costs €50 and qualifies directly.
What do I get?
Store credit for every new customer you refer, tiered by the number of your referrals: 1st to 5th €10 each, 6th to 15th €15 each, from the 16th €20 each. You receive the rate of the tier you are currently on for each referral.
Where do I find my referral code?
In your customer account under "Refer a friend". You create your personal code there once - for example FRIEND-YOURNAME - and can share it right away.
When is the credit added?
As soon as the person you referred has paid for their first order of €50 or more. You do not have to do anything else.
How do I redeem my credit?
Sign in at checkout with your email address. Your credit then appears as an option in the payment step. You can redeem it or save it for later.
How long is my credit valid?
12 months from the date it is credited.
Can I have the credit paid out?
No, a cash payout is not possible. You use your credit exclusively for your own orders at Parfinity. The programme is aimed at fragrance enthusiasts who genuinely like our concept and enjoy talking about it - people who actively collect fragrances, refer others, and build up their own credit to get their next bottles and samples more cheaply.
Who counts as a new customer?
Anyone who has not placed an order at Parfinity before. We verify this technically. Attempts to game the system with multiple accounts or fake email addresses are detected - we reserve the right to reverse credit, cancel orders, and block codes in such cases.
Can I refer myself?
No, your own code does not work for your own orders.
How many friends can I refer?
As many as you like, there is no limit. On the contrary: with each tier the credit you earn per person goes up.
May I share or promote my code publicly?
Yes. You may post your code publicly - in stories, reels and videos on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, in your blog or in your bio. Be honest and mark it as a recommendation. Not allowed are misleading claims, spam, or paid ads bidding on the Parfinity brand name or search terms.
What happens in case of abuse?
The programme is for genuine referrals - among friends, family, or in your community. In the event of fraud or deliberate attempts to exploit the system, we reserve the right to block codes, reverse credit, and cancel affected orders. Details are in the terms and conditions.
What is the Parfinity Box?
Our box for discovering fragrances: up to five samples (2 ml each) of your choice for €50. As a surprise we add a sixth sample. And you receive a discount code towards the later purchase of the full bottle.
