The story

Naomi Goodsir is Australian and began her career as a milliner. That work with form, material and handcraft led to an independent perfume house that presented its first two fragrances in 2012. Goodsir now lives and works on the Côte d’Azur.

Together with Renaud Coutaudier, she treats fragrance as a wearable, invisible accessory. Each composition starts from a strong raw-material idea and develops its own texture. The perfumes are made and hand-packaged in France near Grasse.

01 · Form and material

From chapellerie to fragrance

Naomi Goodsir brought an acute sense of silhouette, surface and handcraft from her work as a milliner. Her perfumes carry that attitude into another dimension: Cuir Velours, Bois d’Ascèse and the other Eaux de Parfum are accessories in an invisible, olfactory form. With Renaud Coutaudier, Goodsir developed an independent house with its own visual language.

02 · Côte d’Azur

An independent house near Grasse

The brand is Australian in origin and rooted in France. Goodsir and Coutaudier live and work on the Côte d’Azur, while the perfumes are made and hand-packaged near Grasse. This connection gives the house a quiet artisanal setting without reducing its inspiration to a single place. The official visual world places raw materials, bottles and studio objects side by side.

Naomi Goodsir describes the Eaux de Parfum as compositions built around an emblematic raw material idea. The house works with several perfumers: Julien Rasquinet composed Bois d’Ascèse and Cuir Velours, Bertrand Duchaufour created Or du Sérail and Corpus Equus, and Isabelle Doyen created Nuit de Bakélite. The creative line remains clear without flattening the distinct olfactory voices.
