The morning after.
The night is over. The gin is empty, the smoke still hangs in the air, and the leather jacket smells of ash. This is exactly the image Rake & Ruin paints on my skin. Juniper and gin give the opening a bitter freshness, before dense smoke, dry wood, and a dirty-animalic depth take control. Not a fragrance that wants to please – but one that shows character. Wild, uncompromising, and yet fascinating. Those who love dark, smoky scents will find no comfort zone here, but an experience.
