Pony Boy

Now this was a surprise! I had this on my testing wishlist and it ended up being picked as my surprise scent... And wow, it's much better than I expected! To me it seems like a more niche and deeper spin on the Delina/Impadia/Guidance/Musc Nurasana DNA. It's like Jorum looked at those and thought "we can make it actually interesting" (nothing against those but they can get a bit redundant)

This fragrance is just fun! :-) To me, it smells like summer in the 2000s, Avril Lavigne at full volume, wild car rides with the windows down, and all sorts of mischief used to kill boredom before doomscrolling existed. Pony Boy is young, a bit rebellious, and full of energy without ever seeming primitive. On the contrary, the more often I wear it, the more it reveals how multi-layered and well-thought-out it is. The cedar, which I often struggle with, carries the rhubarb beautifully here and gives the composition structure instead of overpowering it. Sillage and longevity are not outstanding, but good. For me, a perfect spring and summer scent! Edgy, lively, and full of character without ever being too loud or exhausting.

The boy is definitely wet behind the ears … but he smells rhubarb-tastic! Very special and definitely niche. And absolutely unisex.
