Gardez

An intense and unusual fragrance where a slightly fruity note meets strong iris and intense jasmine. Especially prominent is the leather, which feels very present and reminds me of the smell of an old leather goods store. However, it seems a bit artificial and the iris is too intense for me. Therefore, it is not a scent I would wear.

For lovers of gourmand notes that are not too cloyingly used. Super elegant in the drydown.

I have a sample of Gardez. Anyone looking for a very pleasant, unusual fragrance will find an interesting change in this sweet scent dominated by a popcorn note. Different but unobtrusive. Over time, blackcurrant actually creeps in. A bit of woodiness, leather is only quite weak. Use during the day and not for every occasion. It is not at the top of my wishlist, but definitely on my watch list.
