Nudiflorum

Like everything from Gualtieri. Apparently, he fermented the most unripe jasmine he could find for days, bottled it, made it a bit more floral, added some spices, and that was it. Truly not an everyday scent, but a very nice novelty.

I found this quite exciting while reading about it. Now, after testing it, it leaves me somewhat puzzled. On me, it starts off a bit floral for about a minute, only to turn directly into Nivea cream. The classic one in the blue tin. The basic scent, just much stronger. That stays with me for a very long time. Then it gets a bit weaker, and I can certainly understand the association with nail polish. A journey through the drugstore. I didn't smell leather at all. Unfortunately, it remains rather chemical, synthetic, and a bit artificial.

Something about this fragrance bothers me extremely. It has something musty, pungent, but also toxic about it. Like a poisonous mushroom. It is more unique than I thought. Definitely smell it first before getting a full-size bottle. I quickly get a headache from this scent.
