Don't Ask Me Permission

Don't Ask Me Permission is a tropical-sweet cocktail fragrance. It smells like a zesty passion fruit caipirinha with plenty of sugar and lime, finishing on a warm, sensual base of cachaça, sandalwood, and musk. It is loud, bold, and perfect for summer.

I am always cautious with fruity scents because they quickly become too much for me. I was all the more surprised when I tested this fragrance. Wow. A tropical fruit basket, masculinely rounded and smooth. Longevity and sillage are really very strong. But you rarely have problems with presence with Andreoli anyway. The fruitiness decreases slightly over time. However, a very nice masculine, warm base note remains. Even for me as a non-fruit fan, a great fragrance that fits best in the evening.

Actually, I am a big fan of Simone Andreoli. Here, I expected something of a similar caliber to 'Vicebomb' – a composition where the fruit is showcased beautifully in combination with a certain alcoholic heaviness and sweetness. Unfortunately, the passion fruit is hardly perceptible to me; instead, the fragrance develops in a rather masculine-tart way and seems overall quite unremarkable.
