Lovebird (Special Edition)

Lovebirds are great animals. I like the colors of their plumage and their way of life. However, the fragrance 'Lovebirds' doesn't really appeal to me. I mostly smell a watery kiwi note, and I don't like it very much.

Anyone who typically expects the usual, challenging animalic and natural heavy-hitters like musk monsters or medicinal notes from Zoologist will be positively surprised at first: The opening is an extremely juicy, fresh fruit cocktail of kiwi, passion fruit, and orange that really puts you in a good mood. As it progresses, this modern, slightly minty-green fougère vibe with lavender and soft woods captures a beautiful, unobtrusive lightness.

Lovebird starts directly with a sweet-fruity mango note, which is quickly accompanied by green, slightly tart accords. Added to this are floral and slightly spicy nuances that make it appear somewhat unusual and not entirely smooth.
