The story

Chambre52 is a Paris perfume house founded by Nicolas Dewitte in 2024. After more than two decades in the fragrance industry, he develops creations in which personal memories, travel, and encounters become a clear, poetic language.

The house treats perfume as a space for self-discovery and exchange. Its first collection moves from the smoky spice of Tobacco Memories to the bright floral ease of Orencie. Refillable bottles and an in-house twist-and-refill system extend the life of each fragrance.

01 · The founder

A personal room for scent

Nicolas Dewitte describes perfume as a vehicle for self-affirmation and a connection between people. More than twenty years in fragrance development, together with encounters across many countries, form the creative background of Chambre52. The name refers to a hotel room in São Paulo, turning one precise memory into an open stage for new stories.

02 · Scent as memory

From encounter to composition

The official collection does not rely on abstract luxury language. It works with concrete scenes: an encounter, a morning, sea air, or a long night. Bois Flotté translates salt, cedarwood, and sandalwood into quiet woods, while Contre Ta Peau describes closeness through neroli, orange blossom, and vanilla.

03 · Early recognition

Tobacco Memories receives the 2025 niche award

According to the house's official announcement, Tobacco Memories was named Best Niche Perfume 2025 by the Fragrance Foundation France in the Young Independent Brand category. The composition by Nicolas Dewitte and Domitille Michalon Berti combines saffron, iris, and tobacco with a distinctive cherry facet.
