A cola interpretation
It's a hot summer day from childhood, a day at the outdoor pool. Of course, fries and cola are a must. Sparkling Tamarind feels fizzy and sweet in the opening, reminding me of a freshly opened bottle of cola. Due to the spiciness and a splash of citrus fruits, it is a beautiful reinterpretation of cola, though Sparkling Tamarind is not a pure cola scent. In contrast to Delina Exclusif, the fruity component is much more harmonious to my nose, with no stinging freshness that extends into the drydown. Other than that, the scents have nothing in common, and I don't want to compare them at all, but citrus notes can seem unpleasant to some noses if they haven't reached the drydown yet. The fizz fades the longer it stays on the skin, just like a cola bottle left open. To me, the fragrance is something special because I have never smelled this composition before. Sparkling Tamarind is fresh, cool, and simply fun. A scent that doesn't take itself too seriously and therefore fits wonderfully into the summer, whether on vacation or in everyday life. In the drydown, the scent becomes calmer; natural, woody notes remain, which however never feel heavy. They are caressed by a lime-lemon combination that is no longer sour, making the fragrance simply easy to wear.
